Bug #2981
openGlobus WSGRAM adaptor - executable file with executable flag turned off
0%
Description
Dear All,
I tried to use the WSGRAM adaptor but I got the following problem:
the executable file arrives on the remote machine without executable permission.
Then, I got the follow error for normal jobs:
/home/euin002/.globus/99fbf4a0-d184-11e1-8bcf-e24530e8795a/scheduler_pbs_cmd_script: line 26: ./start.sh: Permission denied
and this one for MPI jobs:
Missing: program name
Program ./diego_mpi_xn03 either does not exist, is not
executable, or is an erroneous argument to mpirun.
Cheers,
Diego

Hi Diego,
Do you still use the WSGRAM adaptor? This adaptor will not be released/supported in the next JSAGA version (we have nobody to upgrade it to JGlobus2 it and we have no way to test it)
Regards
Lionel

Hi Lionel,
we're using the WSGRAM adaptor to access GARUDA e-Infrastructure (India).
