Dear Support,

a chinese partner with the identifiant "Kun" and the mail address "" has created his account.
However I can't see him to give him access to the right SVOM project and sub-projects.

Please, can you help me to solve this issue.

sorry, i don't see this issue, apparently we delete this account (163.com is very strange from our side).
is it necessary to solve this now ?
