Update enumarated list of "Status" fields of an issue

Dear Jean-René Rouet,
Firstly, I hope everything is OK for you, your family and friends in this period.
I contact you directly as we have an express request from Satellite integration and you are the only one we answer to my reqest sent before.
please could you limit the enumarated list of value of the field status for an issue to:
- New
- In progress
- Closed
for the following sub-projects of the SVOM Project:
- SVOM FPL
- SVOM ECLAIRs OBEYA
- SVOM Essais environnements PFM

thank you, everything is ok for us.
the request that you make is extremely difficult to implement.
new roles and workflows for svom should be created.
and after that, assign users to these new roles for the affected projects
what is the problem with the complete list of status ?

I will check with the request inititaor if the tool limitation is mandatory regarding the implementation effort needed.
