502 Proxy error
The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server.
The proxy server could not handle the request POST /dcod/cloud/CC-Cloud/provision.
Reason: Error reading from remote server

Setup with "admin username=ubuntu"
The VM is started but it seems jClouds plugin tries to connect as 'root' instead of 'ubuntu':
ubuntu@official-ubuntu-13-04-x86-64-ed4:~$ ps -ef

ubuntu 13.04 is not available anymore. No issues on ubuntu 14.04
