Description
Jenkins provides its own mechanism to upgrade itself.
This works if the .war is a real file ( not a link) owned by the unix project's user (tested with 1.536).
And best of all: it also provide a mechanism (a button actually) to revert this process !!
So we should just install a copy of the latest LTS war file instead of creating links.

We definitely must copy the .war and .jpi instead of creating links, because on deployment of new binaries, links can break.
