Description
JSAGA currently tries to generate the proxy when all necessary attributes are valid.
Because some attributes have default values, this can lead to a situation where the user thinks his already existing proxy will be used, but JSAGA has all valid attributes and thus requests a new one.
- adaptors: change priority: if the proxy exists, JSAGA uses it and does not try to generate a new one.
