Description

When you create a "device location", there is a test to know if the device exist.
if device does not exit then enx create the device.

But when you try to create a "device location" named "C001" in an ENX where the device "TC001" exist the test "Is_Device_Created" return TRUE, so the new device "C001" will not be created...
