Subscription and private project

Description
I ask to a colleague to subscribe to this web site.
My colleague must provide either a public project to join. What should he do ?

The issue is under consideration from a moment.
If we put a choice "None" in the field "Reference Project", all not-in2p3-irfu users will be rejected.
If we put a choice "Private project", it is not enough information for administrators so to acknowledge or not not-in2p3-irfu users.
Perhaps we would need a "Reference user" field, so that the candidate can say which in2p3-irfu user is able to bless his demand ?
