This ticket follows #4631 that is already closed and cannot be reopened.
Could you please link this ticket to #4631 as I don't have enough rights to do so ?

Please try changing an Apache setting "SSLVerifyClient optional".

The workaround cannot be installed according to Redmine administrators.
In ase of problem, the recommendation remains the same, use a recent MacOsX version (10.8+) or switch to Firefox or Chrome web browser.
